Cerebral palsy in 2015: management and quality of life

Cerebral palsy is the first cause of motor handicap in children. The rehab practitioner is concerned from childhood to adulthood. The care path is better and better defined; it implies coordination of medical and paramedical professionals; it's builded on therapeutic education programs that include evaluation of needs, measure of efficacy and side effects of treatments, and consider quality of life of children's, but also of adults and caregivers. The session will focus on a few particularly innovative aspects about cerebral palsy.
