- Overview: The shoulder pain is a common request for consultation in daily practice. An accurate clinical diagnosis must be made. Ultrasound extends the clinical examination to confirm or correct diagnosis.
-Educational objectives: To show interest in the practice of ultrasound around a painful area frequently encountered in attendance.To parallel the functional anatomy of data and ultrasound images. Addressing interventional procedures focused on joint, tendon and nerve pathologies.
- Necessary knowledge: anatomical landmarks of the shoulder region
- Normal images and joint and tendon disease
- Presentation of clinical cases to discuss interventional procedures
