AOS has 6 labels and approvals certifying a guaranteed expertise for your events:

  • Membership in the IAPCO label (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers) which is a seal of excellence in the global industry of organizing meetings of all kinds. Recognized in France and across the world.
  • Member of the closed circle of the ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and of the Association of Fairs, Trade Shows and Congresses of France.
  • AOS also owns a travel agency and financial guarantee licence – APST – which ensures the safe travel and accommodation of participants. It also owns the HISCOX licence – this is a specialized insurer notably in terms of professional liability.
  • AOS received the MedTech Accreditation in recent years. The MedTech Europe Code of Professional Ethics governs all aspects of the industry’s relationship with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs), including congresses and events organized by the profession.
  • AOS has the UNIMEV label (Union Française des Métiers de l'Evénement). UNIMEV is the only representative professional organization of all the actors on the field of professional meetings: organizers of fairs, shows, congresses and sports events, managers of host sites and service providers.

  • Consulting: developing a concept and proposing a solution to optimize the organization of your event, general coordination, etc.
  • Finance and sponsoring: accounting, balance sheet, invoicing, recovery and recovery monitoring, third party liability insurance, searching for funding and marketing of your event, management of partners, etc.
