The movement of the upper limb in space is an issue of autonomy and therefore care strategy for patients with impairments related to its motor deficit. This also requires a better assessment of both strategies of reaching objects in peripersonal space and of the three-dimensional kinematics to approach the complexity of its function. A better understanding of the mechanisms underlying its action is an important issue for better defined treatment strategies of his motor impairment.
