Online Registration and Hotel Reservation
Registration fees
The early-bird registration deadline has been extended to April 7, 2010.
The fees will be € 480 for registrations made before 7th April 2010 and € 520 thereafter. The corresponding fees for ERCOFTAC members will be € 440 and € 480. Fees will cover proceedings, reception, lunches, refreshments and the Symposium banquet.
The organisers intend to offer 10 stipends to research students and young researchers, covering the conference fees. For further details, click on 'Stipends' in the main menu.

Cancellation Conditions
For registration fees: Cancellations must be sent in writing to Atout Organisation Science by e-mail or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51). If cancellation is received by May 1st, 2010 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after May 1st, 2010, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid.
For hotel reservation: All cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Atout Organisation Science by April 1st, 2010 (inclusive). Please contact Atout Organisation Science by e-mail (etmm8@atout-org.com) or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51) to make any changes to your hotel booking. For cancellations received by April 1st, 2010 (inclusive) only the 14 euros for booking fees will be retained. If you cancel your reservation after April 1st, 2010, no refund will be possible.
