Online registration and accommodation

The ESOC 2013 online registration form is now closed. All registrations will now be done on site directly at your arrival at the Symposium Reception Desk.

Please follow these three steps to process your complete registration to the ESOC 2013:

1Fill out the registration form for the conference, which you can find above
2Select your choice of optional events/items (companion program, lunches, dinners, excursions 7-day transportation pass and accommodation)
3Submit the payment of the total fee according to your selections
You will be given the option to make two separate payments:
  • One by your institution: credit card (secure online payment), cheque, bank transfer or purchase order
  • One by yourself: credit card (secure online payment), cheque or bank transfer
If you remain stuck on one step, this is because some requested information is missing.
Please check all the mandatory fields and look for dark red error messages on the page
At the end of the registration process, you will be able to send yourself a detailed e-mail showing all the options you have selected and instructions for payments

You will be able to make changes to your registration until you "submit" the last step of the registration process. You will then no longer be able to make changes to the registration form after the registration process is totally finished. Please make sure to finalize your registration until the end. You can login again at any time to check your registration details.
